The
resort serves excellent continental and Indian cuisines. And a great variety
of it all! The emphasis is on freshness of produce (Remember to ask for
minestrone soup, which even though a wee bit spicy is lip smacking. And the
chicken kakori kebabs that give your palate exciting information on gourmet
cooking!).
Restaurant :
This multi-cuisine restaurant overlooking the Kosi River serves a variety
of Indian, Mughlai, Chinese and Continental cuisines. The specialties of the
Kumaon region are also a favorite feature on the menu from time to time.
The High Bank, an open deck-area adjacent to the restaurant over looking
the Kosi River, is also very popular with guests who want to enjoy their
meals listening to soothing sounds emanating from the river
Grillhouse : This specialty grill house, located long the
pool, is a round open machhan-like structure with stools around the center.
Whilst you are in Corbett, the mountain air will make you hungry and without
doubt you will find yourself spending some time at the Grill House to try
our Chef's delicacies.
The Bar and Lounge :
Adjacent to the restaurant it has a good collection of international &
domestic beverages. While you are in the our bar do not forget to ask the
bartender for exotic cocktails . We even encourage you to get behind the bar
to whip up your cocktails.

at the nature shop. The shop also stocks herbal cosmetics and fascinating
local handicrafts.
